I work for a manufacturing company and wanted to change our system from physical paper folders to online only.
We drafted a basic principle of what we wanted to achieve and sent the enquiry out to many local tech companies.
Tech Wales responded with an depth written proposal and costs. Impressed with both their understanding of what we were looking to achieve and their competitive price, we proceeded to instruct them to develop the program.
Adrian made himself almost instantly available to meet, to gain a full understanding of our requirements and to show the working principles of the proposed program / application.
Within 8 days, the program was up and running.We were incredibly impressed with how well the program / app was tailored to our requirements and also how quick the development had taken, considering the complexities and vast amount of data involved.
During the first week of testing the app, we identified a number of modifications we required (these were additional requirements not items missed in development). I emailed Adrian with a note of these and within hours, these modifications were complete. Adrian then hosted an online meeting / screen takeover showing how to use the additional tools added.
The following week, we decided to ask Tech Wales to develop an additional application for our shop floor staff to be able to view and track projects. This application was developed and published within days, and worked faultlessly from the start.
We are really impressed how well Tech Wales understood our complicated requirements and how competently and quick they were able to develop the systems for use.

We've used Mike and the team for a multitude of IT issues, that were just beyond the knowledge of the office. Always happy to help and with things from the phone system to fixing non-responsive computers; from setting up new computers to tackling bespoke programs and server issues - their range of knowledge is amazing. Used these guys today as I had a limited knowledge of Sharepoint and I had a client with an urgent issue. These guys were first rate, they had remote access to my clients server and solved the issue quickly and efficiently (took them 2 hours after I had spent many days trying to sort) Would highly recommend their service to anyone

Most small companies in business will need some support at some stage with their IT unless they have an in-house IT expert. Needless to say, we required some help recently after a hard disc catastrophe and we looked for a local company to help us get things back on track. Tech-Wales have been brilliant, not only in their knowledge of my requirements but also in their explanation of what they were doing and why.
Over the past few weeks we have had the pleasure of dealing with Adrian, Mike, Mathew and Gareth and can honestly say that they are all very professional and knowledgable in what they do.

Having used a number of different companies for my business I.T. support I decided to give Tech-Wales a go after having a disastrous server melt down. Not only did they recover all of our data that a previous tech company informed was 'unrecoverable', they put in place expert systems to prohibit anything like that happening again and moreover offer impeccable support no matter how complex or simple the hardware or software issue may be. Further to this Tech-Wales have implemented cloud based systems that have revolutionised the way in which we do business and in the mean time have lowered our costs and streamlined our processes. Each member of the team are a delight to deal with and I could not recommend Tech-Wales high enough for all your I.T. requirements. Thanks a lot guys!!

At Computer Forms we have needed to update various elements of our day to day function but have always been put off due to worry of downtime, loss of connectivity, missed emails and website functionality. I had a first-rate experience with Tech-Wales.
As a self-employed marketing consultant working from home, my internet connection needs to be flawless in every room throughout my house. Following a disastrous installation with my previous contractor, I needed a trustworthy company with a firm understanding of the problem to undo the previous contractor's mess and set things right.
Fortunately for me, I was put in contact with Tech Wales and their engineer, Dorian, arrived within 24 hours of my first phone call to give an on-site evaluation of the problem. A breakdown was provided in advance of moving forward, which was clearly explained and with good intention to save me money. Shortly after this, my whole system was working perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
