1st Line IT Support Technician Role
Tech-Wales are looking to recruit an experienced IT Technician to their expanding technical support team. With knowledge of On-Premise technologies such as networking, Desktop PCs and Server technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and optionally Microsoft SharePoint.
Gain experience performing and managing cloud migration projects for our growing customer base around the South Wales area as well as Microsoft Certifications. Must have 2+ years relevant experience, excellent communication skills and driving license as you will be visiting customer sites.

2nd Line IT Support Technician Role
Tech-Wales are looking to recruit an experienced Senior 2nd line IT Technician to their expanding technical support team. Providing the highest end-user IT experience to our customers. We are looking for a candidate who has the same ideals and principles as we do, to continue our highest level of customer care.
The successful candidate must also have prior experience in managing and implementing a range of Technology projects to a high standard within given time frames.
