Please note that support packs do not come with any Service Level Agreement. If you wish to switch to a monthly support contract with an agreed SLA please visit our Support Page or speak with your account manager.
Single incident support packs covers a maximum of 2 hours to resolve your issue. If your case requires additional time then we will inform you and you can choose to purchase additional hours.
